尤洛卡公司财务风险管理案例研究ACaseStudyofFinancialRiskManagementofUroicaCompany摘要当前，我国的市场经济体制逐步完善，对外开放水平不断提高，企业所处的市场环境愈加复杂，企业自身及外部财务环境的改变，影响着企业的可持续发展。在经济新常态的大环境下，众多传统产业持续走向低迷，尤其是煤矿安全行业面临许多风险，而财务风险正是众多风险的集中体现。因此，企业的首要任务是加强财务风险管理，及时通过财务数据进行财务风险的识别与度量，结合自身情况，采取合理的应对措施将财务风险可能造成的损|失减少到最小。尤洛卡精准信息工程股份有限公司（以下简称尤洛卡公司）主要从事煤矿安全设备生产，目前处于“产品升级、产业转型”的重要战略机遇期。基于财务风险管理相关理论，本文选取尤洛卡公司作为研究对象，运用案例分析、实地调研和比较研究等方法，从公司概况和财务管理的主要做法入手，得出财务风险管理现状，然后选取2012—2016年我国150家专用设备制造业上市公司及尤洛卡公司的财务指标数据，围绕筹资、投资、资金回收、收益分配四个方面对尤洛卡的财务风险进行识别、度量。通过研究得出，尤洛卡公司在近5年间整体财务状况比较稳定，但转型|期前后存在相对明显的财务风险，主要表现在资金回收风险突出，筹资渠道与投资方式单一，财务风险管理制度不完善。最后，针对尤洛卡公司存在的财务风险管理问题，从五个方面提出对策建议，包括提高筹资决策能力水平、完善投资风险防控流程、提高公司资金回收效率、完善收益分配前期工作、制定企业转型升级长远战略。希望通过本文的研究，能够对传统行业，尤其是煤矿安全领域企业财务风险管理及企业转型发展提供参考和借鉴。关键词：财务风险；财务风险管理；战略转型论文类型：案例分析
